View and edit a report schedule and recipients
You can view and edit details about a scheduled report job that you created.
- On the VTR main menu, click Reporting, and then click the Scheduling tab.
- In the last column of the report you want to edit, click the details link.
- On the Job Details page that appears, edit any of the details except the Report name and Start date. To learn how to edit these details, go back to Add a new scheduled report job.
- Click the Recipients tab, and modifying the recipient list by adding recipients or deleting them by clicking the remove link in the last column.
- You may also check the status of previously run jobs: Click the Job history tab. For more information, see View a scheduled report's run history.
- To save changes, click Submit.
