View and edit a report schedule and recipients

You can view and edit details about a scheduled report job that you created.

  1. On the VTR main menu, click Reporting, and then click the Scheduling tab.
  2. In the last column of the report you want to edit, click the details link.
  3. On the Job Details page that appears, edit any of the details except the Report name and Start date. To learn how to edit these details, go back to Add a new scheduled report job.
  4. Click the Recipients tab, and modifying the recipient list by adding recipients or deleting them by clicking the remove link in the last column.
  5. You may also check the status of previously run jobs: Click the Job history tab. For more information, see View a scheduled report's run history.
  6. To save changes, click Submit.
