If you have issues with VTR that you cannot solve by going through this Online Help, use one of the following resources for assistance.

  • VGE Customers: raise an incident directly into the Vodafone Customer Self-Service Portal: portal.vodafone.com. Use the same credentials that you use for VTR.
  • UK Customers: raise an incident by contacting the UK Service Desk.
   
  • VGE Customers: email us any time at the following address: enterprise@care.vodafone.com. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
  • UK Customers: contact the UK Service Desk.
   

VGE Customers: use the Global Help Desk Team (GHD Team) UK toll free number : +448002600371. Lines open 24 hours. Please note that your calls may be monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
   
  • VGE Customers: contact the Billing Help Desk by calling the UK toll free numbers +44(0)800 056 8700 or +44 1635 514200, Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:00pm GMT, or by sending an email to vge_billingoperations@vodafone.com if your accounts are provided by Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE).
  • UK Customers: contact your local Help Desk or use the UK toll free numbers: +44(0)800 056 8700 or +44 1635 514200 for issues related to a billing account that is not a VGE account (billing account is from our local OpCo or partner markets).
  • IoT Customers: contact the Billing Help Desk by sending an email to enterprise@care.vodafone.com for any billing inquiries if your accounts are provided by Vodafone Group Enterprise (VGE) logging into the IoT portal. Alternatively, you can log in to the IoT portal account and select Billing as subject.
